She first appeared in [Sound And Silence](Sound%20And%20Silence.md), and has appeared as part of [The Howling Harmonies](The%20Howling%20Harmonies.md). >[!info|clean center no-i no-t] >>[!recite|no-i]- Background >Seraph grew up singing and playing her lyre, knowing the love the world had to offer until the Silence took her family. A Harrowing has brought more to light about this, perhaps it wasn't her parents the Silence was after but her. Knowing now the powerful loss that can overpower one's view, she sought to join Viderick’s clergy. And join she did, to bring together the high notes of love and joy that the Song of Creation brings, to the low tones of sorrow and loss that its chords play. To show that to love one must lose, and to lose one must love. > >She joined a missionary to [Kalkatesh](Kalkatesh.md) to thank and aid them for their help. Then she had returned to aid her own home, with those events held close to her heart. There she made friends with those paired with her via the bureau, and lost some whom she had grown close to. Seraph joins the many going to [Aelenclast](Aelenclast.md), seeking to share the songs of love and loss with those there, just as she had once before, and to fulfil the orders of the Sultan. There is also a note of worry etched into her heart as her party had to accept this mission, separated from Asmeraldth and leaving behind the Silence as it continues growing in power.
