This katana glows with magic so potently, that it can be discerned with the naked eye. It was originally part of the cargo lost amongst [The Black Lion](Expedition%20Ships.md#The%20Black%20Lion), but was recovered by Gnolls, and eventually, by [The Big Dirty Tunas](The%20Big%20Dirty%20Tunas.md) in Episode 2. [Hiromi Katsuragi](Hiromi%20Katsuragi.md) took possession of it since that day. ## Individual Bonus - While it is wielded, the wielder deals their physical damage as if it was Lightning damage. ## Settlement Bonus - While a settlement has possession of this artifact, elemental spirit weapons become available to be crafted and sold in that particular settlement. ## Extra-Unlockables This artifact unlocks the rare [Character Path](Character%20Paths.md) "[[Path of the Storm Speaker]]" for its wielder, should they choose to follow it.
