This is true even in a Flux storm. **Shifting Snow** – Whenever you cast a Frost spell, you may cause the square you are standing on to become thick with ice, and it becomes difficult terrain and acts as a tripping hazard (using the [Grease](Grease.md) spell as statistics). **Wisdom of the Ryme** – Whenever a Cold damage spell you hard cast successfully defeats an enemy, you may recharge a use of your limited spells that you soft cast from this item. Additionally, the wielder may take on the form of an ice elemental, gaining the following Elemental Traits and Features for 1 minute: - You gain immunity to Cold, Poison, Stun, Exhaustion, Grappled, Prone and Paralysis. - **Freeze:** - Cold damage dealt in this form reduces the movement of targets by 10 ft. for 1 round. - **Water Form:** - The elemental can enter a hostile creature's space and stop there. It can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing. ## **Spellcasting:** At Will:  - **Crashing Ice** ([Fireball](Fireball.md) that deals Cold damage) x 3 per Long Rest - **Gust of Wind** - **Ice Wall** x 2 per Long Rest - **Rays of Biting Frost** ([Scorching Ray](Scorching%20Ray.md) that deals Cold damage)
