**Punishing Frost** – Whenever you deal Cold damage to an enemy, that enemy takes additional damage equal to your Intelligence Modifier.
**The White Watches** – You may see through rain, snow and similar weather effects without penalty. This is true even in a Flux storm.
**Shifting Snow** – Whenever you cast a Frost spell, you may cause the square you are standing on to become thick with ice, and it becomes difficult terrain and acts as a tripping hazard (using the [Grease](Grease.md) spell as statistics).
**Wisdom of the Ryme** – Whenever a Cold damage spell you hard cast successfully defeats an enemy, you may recharge a use of your limited spells that you soft cast from this item.
>Additionally, the wielder may take on the form of an ice elemental, gaining elemental traits and features for 1 minute.
> - You gain immunity to Cold, Poison, Stun, Exhaustion, Grappled, Prone and Paralysis.
>- **Freeze:**
> - Cold damage dealt in this form reduces the movement of targets by 10 ft for 1 round.
>- **Water Form:**
> - The elemental can enter a hostile creature's space and stop there. It can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing.

At Will: **Rays of Biting Frost** (Scorching ray that deals cold damage)
At Will: **Gust of Wind**
At Will: **Crashing Ice** (Fireball as Ice) x3 per Long Rest
