# The People's Lament
If you play this song, all allies within 300ft gain the following effect. This affects all non-hostile creatures, you allow them to heal an amount of hit points equal to your proficiency modifier. Creatures healed in this manner are charmed for 1 hour, specifically that they will not attack you. In addition, these creatures have your choice of advantage or disadvantage on morale checks. You and your allies gain advantage on social checks against these creatures. If this is used in combat, it only affects a radius of 30ft and it heals you and your allies an amount equal to half of the most damaged conscious ally’s current missing hp.
