You use the arrow as the center point for the spells radius if it has one. If it is an attack spell, you apply it to the target of your ranged attack instead. In addition, when you prepare your spells each day, you instead prepare them as arrows. You may apply your [Masterwork](Corvanis%20Smithing.md) properties of your ranged weapon to your spells cast in this way.
