Commands are considered to be followed if the full effect triggers for them. You may use a number of commands as a Bonus Action per long rest equal to your Charisma and Proficiency modifier. - **Forward!:** You grant all allies within 60 ft that can hear you their movement as a triggered action. At the end of that movement, they may make an attack as a reaction. For each ally that follows this command, you gain a +1 to Attack rolls with your [Battle Banner (C)](Battle%20Banner%20(C).md) for until your next turn. - **Hold!:** You grant all allies within 60 ft increased defenses, each ally that ends its turn adjacent to another ally, they gain a +1 to their AC, if both have a shield equipped, they gain a +2 instead. For each ally that follows this command you gain a +1 to AC for until your next turn.. - **Pincer!:** You grant all allies within 60 ft increased damage potential, each ally that attacks an enemy that another ally attacks deals 1 point of additional damage per source of damage used by another ally. For each ally that follows this command, you gain a +1 to damage with your [Battle Banner (C)](Battle%20Banner%20(C).md) until your next turn. - **Regroup!:**  You grant all allies within 60 ft refuge from the carnage of war. Each ally that ends their turn adjacent to you, are granted temporary hit points equal to your charisma modifier. For each ally that follows this command, you are granted temporary hit points equal to proficiency modifier, this ability stacks with itself.
