# Contract Casting
Whenever you would [hard cast](Hard%20Cast.md) a leveled spell, you may choose one of the following effects to add to it. These effects last until the end of combat, of which they fade. If they should occur while outside of combat, instead they last one hour but fade when combat begins.
- Binding of Travel – If you and your target do not move more than 15ft away from each other, at the start of each of your turns, the target takes 5 force damage or heals for 5 damage depending on if the spell damaged or healed respectively.
- Binding of Glory – If you and your target should roll a natural 20, the next d20 the other rolls is also a natural 20, this effects can not produce itself.
- Binding of Tragedy - If you and your target should roll a natural 1, the next d20 the other rolls is also a natural 1, this effects can not produce itself.
- Binding of Fools – If you or your target should have disadvantage, the other gains advantage and vice versa.
