Roll types are Attack, Damage, Saving Throws, and Skill Checks. The ally selected gains advantage to these rolls and the Moon Mad gains Disadvantage to all of these rolls. If there are no allies within 20ft, this effect does not trigger. These effects lasts for 1 round.
