This rain is only active in combat. If you receive fire damage, your rain becomes inert until the end of your next turn. >While in your Rain, you and your allies are healed at the start of their turn an amount equal to your exposure. The Rain is inert if you are unconscious. >- [Swirling Mist](Swirling%20Mist.md): Whenever you cast a spell that affects an ally, you may grant that ally invisibility for 1 round. If you do, you can also grant yourself invisibility for 1 round. >- [Ryme Circle](Ryme%20Circle.md): Whenever you would cast a spell, you may have waves of cold air blast your enemies. All enemies within 10ft of you take 1d8 points of cold damage equal to the level of the spell you cast. >### 7th Level >- [Serpent of the Mist](Serpent%20of%20the%20Mist.md): As an action, you can manipulate the mist created by your [Rain](Falling%20Rain.md). This mist may either attack an enemy or soothe an ally. The serpent can affect only enemies or allies within the range of your [Rain](Falling%20Rain.md). >Attacks made by the serpent use your melee spell attack statistics and deals 1d6 Cold damage per point of [Exposure](Exposure.md) you posses. >If used on an ally, it heals them for 1d4 Hit Points per point of [Exposure](Exposure.md). >### 8th Level >- [Misted Haven](Misted%20Haven.md): Whenever an enemy would attack you, that enemy must make a Wisdom saving throw against your spell DC. If they should fail they are [Blinded (C)](Blinded%20(C).md) for 1 round. This can only affect an opponent once per round. >### 9th Level >- [Prison of Mist](Prison%20of%20Mist.md): As an action, select an enemy in the area of your [Rain](Falling%20Rain.md). That enemy must make a DC (8+Prof+Prestige Class Levels) Dexterity saving throw or be trapped in a prison of frosted mist. >This creature gains the [Restrained (C)](Restrained%20(C).md) condition and takes Cold damage at the start of its turn equal to your total [Exposure](Exposure.md).
