All of your exposure gained or expended is changed to Anarchy for all game effects that you control or you receive. >Whenever you cast a spell, you have a % chance to trigger a wild magic event equal to your current exposure (Before the spell cast.) It can hold items and use somatic components for spells. >>- +4 to Dexterity - You gain a tail, this prevents the use of heavy or medium armor but grants a +10 to your movement speed. >>- +4 Constitution - You gain a corpulent amount of weight, this reduces your movement speed by 10ft. >>- +4 Intelligence - You gain a fetal head on your shoulder, it whispers things in your ear. You have advantage on 1 random skill, determined by short rest. You have disadvantage on all overs. >>- +4 Wisdom - You gain an additional mouth on your forehead. You can no longer wear headgear without suffocating. You are immune to the [Silence](Silence.md) spell and similar effects. >>- +4 Charisma - You can only speak in screaming. You can no longer make stealth checks and you cause stealth checks in which you are participating in to automatically fail for everyone. You are immune to the [Stunned (C)](Stunned%20(C).md) condition. >### 9th Level >- [Protean Bolt](Protean%20Bolt.md): [Chaos Bolt](Chaos%20Bolt.md) becomes a cantrip for you. When cast in this way, you cannot upcast this spell. >### 10th Level >- [Chaos Storm](Chaos%20Storm.md): You increase your Roil chance by a base 25%. Whenever [The Roil](The%20Roil.md) would trigger, you may roll again at a -5% chance. If this triggers again, repeat this process. [The Roil](The%20Roil.md) now triggers on any hard casted spell. (Including Cantrips)
