This is applied per APPLICATION of damage, not source. >### 7th Level >- [Ryme Spell](Ryme%20Spell.md): Whenever you would deal cold damage to an enemy reduce that enemies movement speed by 5 for 1 round. If you would use the metamagic feature, you also reduce the affected enemies movement speed by an additional 10ft for 1 round. >### 8th Level >- [White Out](White%20Out.md): You are surrounded by a growing blizzard that gives the following affects based on how high your [Creeping Cold](Creeping%20Cold.md) feature is. >2 – Ranged weapon attacks have disadvantage to attack you. >4 – Melee weapons have disadvantage to attack you. >6 – Enemies are pushed by 10ft from you at the start of their turn if they are within 30ft of you. >8 – The area 10ft around you is difficult terrain for enemies. >10 – Add your exposure as temporary hit points at the start of each of your turns.
