You suffer no penalty for selling stolen items. You can, whenever you cast a spell, pay an amount of gold equal to 100 per spell level to cast that spell without losing a spell slot. This spell however, is considered soft cast. >If you possess the [The Green Oath](The%20Green%20Oath.md) class feature, you can now benefit from that effect while in metal armor as long as that armor has the opulent property. >### 9th Level >- [Wyrd Runes](Wyrd%20Runes.md): You gain the [Subtle Spell](Subtle%20Spell.md) meta magic and may apply it to a spell whenever you use [the Gold Oath](The%20Gold%20Oath.md) to cast it. >In addition if you possess the [Ag Canadh](Ag%20Canadh.md) class feature, you can now use that feature as a bonus action. >### 10th Level >- [Bad Investment](Bad%20Investment.md): Whenever you would cast a spell with [the Gold Oath](The%20Gold%20Oath.md), choose a single enemy, that enemy has penalty based on the gold spent divided by 100 on the next attack roll, damage roll and saving throw they make. You can spend extra gold increments of 100 to raise this penalty. This penalty can never go above your character level.
