That enemy must make a DC (10+character level) Constitution saving throw or have their blood vessels burst (If they have them). >That enemy takes your character level in [Bleed (C)](Bleed%20(C).md) stacks and you may cause yourself to gain up to your character level in [Bleed (C)](Bleed%20(C).md) to apply extra [Bleed (C)](Bleed%20(C).md) to the target. >### 10th Level >- [Sanguine Sacrament](Sanguine%20Sacrament.md): Whenever an ally would be defeated within 30ft, you may choose to immediately fail a death saving throw, even if you are not dying. If you do that ally is reduced to 1 hit point instead of being defeated. These death saving throws follow you into your dying state, however if you recover out of the dying state, your death saving throws refresh.
