# **School Mastery**
Choose a school of magic, you gain mastery over that school which gives you one of the following abilities dependent on your school. These abilities granted are based on [Exposure](Exposure.md). If you have at least **10** [Exposure](Exposure.md) you gain the empowered version instead.
### **Abjuration**
Whenever you hard cast a spell of this school, you gain temporary hit points equal to your [Exposure](Exposure.md), these temporary hit points last until expended. These temporary hit points do not stack.
**Empowered:** These temporary hit points are granted to you and all allies within 30ft.

### **Conjuration**
Whenever you would hard cast a spell that teleports yourself you add your [Exposure](Exposure.md) x5 to the amount of the distance teleported.
**Empowered:** Whenever you would summon a creature, you summon 1 additional creature following the same parameters.

### **Divination**
Whenever you would hard cast a divination spell, you gain your current [Exposure](Exposure.md) to your AC for 1 round.
**Empowered:** You have [Blindsight](Blindsight.md) up to 100ft. This lasts while you have 10 or more [Exposure](Exposure.md).

### **Enchantment**
Whenever you would hard cast an enchantment spell and your target would fail their saving throw, the next saving throw they must make is at disadvantage.
**Empowered:** If your target attacks one of its allies because of an effect you control, that attack is considered a critical hit if it hits.

### **Evocation**
Whenever you would hard cast an evocation spell, that spell does additional damage equal to your [Exposure](Exposure.md). This only applies once per cast.
**Empowered:** The damage from the spell is maximized. (All die results are maxed out)

### **Illusion**
Whenever you would hard cast an illusion spell, creatures have disadvantage on saves or checks to determine whether or not the illusions are real.
**Empowered:** The duration of your illusion spells are increased by an amount equal to your [Exposure](Exposure.md) in the spells original time increment. (Such as rounds, minutes and hours)

### **Necromancy**
Whenever you would hard cast a necromancy spell, the target loses immunity to the effects of the spell.
**Empowered:** If the target(s) of a necromancy spell you hard cast fail their saving throw against that spell, select an additional enemy within a range equal to twice your current [Exposure](Exposure.md) rounded down to the nearest 5. That enemy must make a save against the spell or be affected by it. You may repeat this effect a number of times equal to half your [Exposure](Exposure.md).

### **Transmutation**
Whenever you would hard cast a transmutation spell, that spell has it’s duration increased by an additional amount equal to your proficiency modifier. These are in the same increments of the base spell (rounds, minutes and hours, etc)
**Empowered:** Whenever you would hard cast a transmutation spell, you may grant one of your targets a bonus to an ability score of your choice. This bonus is equal to half of your current [Exposure](Exposure.md).
