# Trick
**Mana Thread:** Whenever you would cast a spell, you gain a bonus to your AC equal to the spell level for 1 round. If that spell was an abjuration spell, you gain your proficiency modifier in addition to this bonus.
# Mastery
**Mana Exhaust:** Whenever you would cast a cantrip, you ignore the exposure gain of that cantrip. You may do this a number of times equal to your character level per long rest.
