Our people were once united and prospered for centuries in harmony beneath the Dark Sun of Astaroth and the Sovereign Moon of Falaael. Until the Stranger and the traitorous dwarves who followed him brought ruin and devastation to our great civilization. Our expedition through the Demon Wastes and Ziracost illuminated to us the severity of the growing threats festering below the surface and fortunately, the unique opportunity to present them to your lordships. It was there we found evidence of the Stranger’s foul machinations firsthand. We have with us the Stranger’s alchemical research detailing the energy transference of demonic souls for their mana. Tu’q, our expert alchemist has determined the demons were being used as fuel to empower great machines of advanced magic and technology within the Black Glass Laboratory of Ziracost. Indeed, the research reveals Ziracost was intended to be a fully automated city. However, their ambition was short lived. Demonic corruption took hold of the city. The Thane of Grace gave the order to evacuate, but it was too late. Thousands of lives were lost because of their reckless avarice. Today, Ziracost is the staging ground for legions of demons. Furthermore, we encountered a strain of aberrant demons at Deep Run Station in Ziracost. These demons preyed upon the other demons foolish enough to stumble across their lair and turn them into aberrations. The demonic blood sample we presented to you, Deep Thane Halestone, is our proof of these aberrant demons. These creatures are capable of traversing great distances through massive floating black ichorous orbs thrumming with mana. I believe these aberrant demons are a product of the Stranger’s research. In addition, we have seen and challenged demonic cults on both the Black Top Mountains near Demon’s Deep and the Silent Faces outside the bounds of the Demon Wastes. We cannot allow these foul cults in service to Babylon and Agamemnon to fester and plague our land with their cancerous filth. *Boldrum presents the map of the united domain of Noda* This map I recorded from Chasmstone Satrapy has lines of separation uncannily similar to those we found in Ziracost. I have reason to believe the trams and underroad of Ziracost connect all the great cities of the depths: Solovaren, Noda, Demon’s Deep, Ziracost, Moazkadon, and Ovanfaust. All of them are at risk of invasion by the demons of the wastes and the Stranger’s creations. *Boldrum raises a hand toward Eldar Solast* Even in our darkest hour, the depths have not forgotten the binding of the sun and moon.
