He would analyze every decision we would ever make. The probabilities of success… he would always question why the decisions we made. It was his nature I suppose. You remind me of him. So worried about what the future would hold and what he had done. He would miss everything around him. Look where you are… I am free for your efforts. Your companions survived and the light of this world shall return once more. These are things to celebrate. By looking to the past and then the future, you leave no eye for yourself. It took Zira of all of us to finally snap Salutarius out of his feelings then. Had he not been, I believe he never would have noticed Gweneth’s affection. Do not dwell on what has been done, learn from it yes but do not dwell upon it. The future is uncertain. You may prepare for it but, it is something beyond your control. What matters is the moment. Each one given to you. More precious than I think most people understand. I will admit that I much like you cared only for the future. It was Isola that taught me different. She taught us all to live in the moment. Release yourself of these burdens. Focus on what you have accomplished. Walk not in fear or uncertain, but always forward.
