Since they do not ever expire naturally, the Eldar are extremely cautious for what purposes they commit themselves. One committed himself to battle, endless conflict and when his masochism grew stale, sought to make a weapon that could ever change and such, he could always have a new challenge. Crowley succeeded, what he made horrified the Eldar and as such Crowley was banished within a prison he could not escape from. This did not stop his creation. It festered, it infected, and it brought ruin to a world known as [Azengolt](Azengolt.md), where even now the last stand of life, fights back the forces of the [Depthar](Depthar.md). Crowley did not rage in his imprisonment, but instead reveled in his creation and knew that one day he would escape and would see new challenges in which to test himself. His patience was finally rewarded, when a piece of his old text was recovered and the magic called him from his prison. When he arrived, he saw his summoner slain and he was unbound. If you want to have an argument with Wondox be my guest." > >*-/u/spaitken* ### Among the Reeds Following the killing of [Block](Block.md/) by [Machio Manis](Machio%20Manis.md/), Eli begins a ritual to Crowley at the site of a fresh murder and convinces the rest of party to join in, saying it will help. After the ritual is complete, Block’s body begins to turn to dust and flows into Eli’s eye along with all the blood. Crowley then begins to speak to the party, saying a Crimson Ediction has begun, marking the village for slaughter. With every innocent killed, Eli will grow in power.[^2](https://youtu.be/wfb6K8NJ0Sc?si=4SVzwnIcySZlwdlc) Following the Blacksilver Bandits to the ruins of a village and battlefield, Eli and Machio gather corpses to make another ritual to Crowley in the hopes it would empower them to take on the bandits and rescue [Dik Cok](Dik%20Cok.md/). Due to Eli's limited knowledge, the ritual is improperly summoned, but the ritual combined with the environment being a battlefield was enough to break the veil, turning the nearby bandits into undead and starting an infection event.[^3](https://youtu.be/mErSzP1DHeQ?si=wR2p3FkcwS6Sd8Cr) ### Ink and Blood While unknowingly reading a book by [Otikata](Otikata.md/), [Kouki Subeuroko](Kouki%20Subeuroko.md/) reaches the part where the book mentions his race, the [Geckoi](Geckoi.md) and he is unable to move as he reads the curse of his own race. [Jerry](Jerry%20(IaB%20PC).md/) immediately slaps the book out of Kouki’s hand, shutting it close, but Kouki is still unable to move. His eyes start to bleed, and inside his mind he feels as if he’s impaled from the back. Fortunately, Kouki serves Crowley, who helps him expel the curse, but inside his mind he’s impaled by more stakes, dealing substantial damage to his physical body. As a result, the boon of Crowley surges through Kouki, which allows him to deal maximum damage as long as he hits a creature.[^4](https://youtu.be/LEHRuIROuHs?si=g8I-e3TnRKiG5wWr) ### A Storm Approaches Egged on by [Buroken](Buroken.md/), Aisu breaks off the hands of one of six peasant statues inside Soma Fortress. From this, a voice speaks to Aisu, telling her to break off the hands of the other statues to be rewarded for her service to Crowley. When Aisu breaks another statue's hands, she is stopped by Buroken. However, she manages to break free and smashes another statue, and one of the [Resting Monk](Resting%20Monk.md/) statues turns to dust.
