# Changing HP, AR, SR and Exposure during combat You can change your current Hit Points, Armor Rating, Shield Rating, and Exposure from your character token. 1. Right click your character token 2. Left click on the field you wish to change based on the color of the box outline 3. Either type the amount changed such as '+7', '-2' OR the final value without a plus or minus sign 4. Press Enter  You can also change these values on your [Character Sheet](Character%20Sheet.md). PLEASE ONLY CHANGE THE LEFT HAND VALUES for temporary adjustments.
