She is dressed in red with black-green-blue scales with fire powers.She has a human upper body and snake tail in place of her lower body. ### History >## Akuma\'s Lair > >The adventurer party of [Baeth Wellington](Baeth_Wellington "wikilink"), [Garlic Crouton](Garlic_Crouton "wikilink"), [Kiliwen Joy](Kiliwen_Joy "wikilink"), [Talis](Talis "wikilink"), [Vasily](Vasily.md/), [Yukina](Yukina "wikilink"), and [Obu Uzuki](Obu_Uzuki "wikilink") hide out in a cave from a storm. As they move inwards and reach the deepest point of the cave they find a liar with bones everywhere. Obu investigates the bones scattered throughout the area and explains that they are in the Akuma\'s lair. This Akuma is the reason why the weather is very harsh here, and it should subside if they kill it. As they wait for the Akuma to return, the party decides to search through the corpses, finding out that they come from many different races from both Glies and [Kalkatesh](Kalkatesh "wikilink") and that they range from peasants to nobles. > >After finishing searching through the corpses, Obu explains about the Akuma that they will face. It is called a Bao-Bao, a snake Akuma, which is able to use magic to ensnare people\'s minds. He also tells them that the Bao-Bao seems to have detected the party and will try to kill them. However, the most pressing issue is that there seems to be two of them. They decide to create an ambush for the two with the help of Obu's paper tag to cast the spell Pass Without Trace. The group doesn't have to wait long until the sound of slithering gets louder and nearer; the two Bao-Bao sisters have returned to their lair.[^1](https://youtu.be/r4OaGvhfc_Q?feature=shared) > ### Battle >As the two Bao-Bao enter the cave, the party decides to use Baëth as bait to distract them. While the Akuma move closer to Baëth, Garlic creeps up behind them and strikes Yoka. A harrowing wind begins to blow as the two sisters ready themselves for combat. Kiliwen starts by finding out about their foes' Apex Blast, fearing the devastation it might bring. Talis moves in next to Garlic and casts Shield of Faith on him, while Baëth drinks a Haste Potion and identifies Wilting Flower. Koka points at Garlic, which makes him feel somewhat warm and nice. She continues by marking Yukina with Thorned Flower and throwing Licking Flames towards Obu, Garlic, and Talis. Although Garlic gets the brunt of the attack, he somehow seems to resist the fire. It is revealed that Koka had casted Gout of Heat on him, giving him resistance to fire but making him vulnerable to cold. Meanwhile, Yoka points to Baëth and casts Soothing Wind, giving him resistance to cold but vulnerability to fire. Yoka then uses Cooling Cold on Obu, Garlic, and Talis, Garlic taking more damage due to Gout of Heat. As a result, a blue sprite appears on Yoka's head. Obu moves towards Garlic and throws him a paper tag that heals him. Talis summons her draconic power and breathes fire towards Yoka. The Akuma seems vulnerable to fire, and her defenses are broken, giving everyone the opportunity to Clash. However, the party decides that they do not need to take the risk. Yukina fires Magic Missiles at Yoka and gets to cover behind a pillar. However, this activates Thorned Flower, and Koka immediately slithers toward Yukina and casts Licking Flames on her. Yukina falls unconscious due to her vulnerability to fire, and a fiery flower appears above Koka's head. Both Bao-Bao sisters disappear for a short moment and reappear in front of the party, channeling their energy to cast Apex Blast. > >Obu immediately calls out to the party to get behind cover. Vasily shoots a Guiding Bolt at Yoka. This almost kills the Akuma, but Koka grants her sister some of her health. As the two Akuma finish charging, a beam of energy fires at the pillar and destroys it, but fortunately nobody seems to be injured by the Apex Blast. Obu then rushes towards Koka, followed by everyone else. Talis chucks a javelin at Koka, critically Smiting her, and Garlic pulls his crossbow to shoot her. However, it is Baëth who gets the killing blow on Koka with his greataxe. Because of the link the two sisters share, Yoka too falls dead on the ground, and the fight is finished. > >Before the party gets the chance to loot, Obu places a paper tag on each of the corpses and begins chanting to purify the souls. The bodies start dissipating, but luckily the loot is left behind. Obu notes that Bao-Baos are usually resistant to corruption, so this case is pretty concerning. The party finds two halves of a singular kimono called the Twin Sister's Promise, but it is damaged and must be repaired before it can be used. They also find a war fan, 300 gold pieces, and two Akuma horns. Kiliwen picks up one of the horns and feels a presence inside it. As Kiliwen investigates it further, a voice speaks out to her, introducing itself as Babylon. Kiliwen asks Babylon what he wants, to which he replies he can give her power in exchange for her service.
