This bonus is split between the wearer's allies as the wearer wishes at the start of the round. If an ally is not adjacent to the wearer, they lose these bonuses. A creature can only benefit from these bonuses once per round from any source, and the wearer cannot receive these bonuses. *Withstand* : Whenever the wearer’s allies would be dealt damage within 20ft of them, the wearer can use this action. If they do, their allies have resistance to the damage, and the wearer gains [Vulnerable](Vulnerable.md) against this damage.
