They reduce the Tier of the Bleed and the damage of the weapon by an amount equal to their [Vigor](Vigor.md). If this reduces the damage of the projectile to 0, the projectile is caught on the wearer's armor. This increases the damage reduction of this action against projectiles by 1 for the remainder of the combat. This stacks with itself, and fades at the end of combat. - APC : 2 *Special* : None
