The GM decides the risk and time it takes to complete this effect. The Shinobi must make an ability check using their [Initiative](Initiative.md), [Tenacity](Tenacity.md), or [Stamina](Stamina.md), the DC of which is equal to 10 + the average CR of the creatures within it. If the Shinobi fails, the GM applies the stated risks.
