This additional point can ONLY be spent to cast spells. The additional point is gained after the original point. The time and mana cost to do so is determined by the GM. The well grants all that drink from it an amount of immediate mana equal to the Sorcerer's [Presence](Presence.md), [Resilience](Resilience.md), or [Sovereignty](Sovereignty.md).
