### Tier I
**Affected** **incur** a Tier I *Madness*, this is removed whenever the affected incurs a *Madness* of a higher tier.
### Tier II
**Affected** **incur** a Tier II *Madness*, this is removed whenever the affected incurs a *Madness* of a higher tier.
### Tier III
**Affected** **incur** a Tier III *Madness*, this is removed whenever the affected incurs a *Madness* of a higher tier.
### Tier IV
**Affected** **incur** a Tier IV *Madness*, this is removed whenever the affected incurs a *Madness* of a higher tier.
### Tier V
**Affected** **incur** a Tier V *Madness*, this is removed whenever the affected incurs a *Madness* of a higher tier.
### Tier VI
