Whenever the wielder would deal damage with a qualifying weapon to an enemy, that enemy is afflicted with Tier I [Frightened](Frightened.md).
If the target has more [Spirit](Spirit.md) than the wielder, the Tier of this [Affliction](Affliction.md) is increased by an amount equal to the difference.
