Whenever an ally within 20 ft. would cast a spell, the Hymnal may expend Action Points to pay for the [APC](Action%20Point%20Cost.md) of that spell. When this ability is used, the cost of casting the spell in question cannot be reduced in any way. The Hymnal may use this ability a number of times per combat equal to the Hymnal’s [Grace](Grace.md), [Resilience](Resilience.md) or [Sovereignty](Sovereignty.md).
