Whenever the [Tither](Tither%20(Sleight%20of%20Hand).md) would cast a spell that heals a target, they can take a number of sacrificed Hit Points from each ally within 15 ft. equal to the Tither’s [Initiative](Initiative.md), [Tenacity](Tenacity.md) or [Willpower](Willpower.md).
If they do, they increase the healing of that spell by an amount equal to the amount of Hit Points expended in this way. If this overheals the target, they gain Temporary Hit Points equal to the excess of this healing. A spell cannot be augmented this way if it targets an Uninjured ally.
