If they do, they increase the healing of that spell by an amount equal to the amount of Hit Points expended in this way. If this overheals the target, they gain Temporary Hit Points equal to the excess of this healing. A spell cannot be augmented this way if it targets an Uninjured ally. ### [Implement Specialist](Implement%20Specialist.md) <small>(Level 1)</small> The Tither gains an Augment to a qualifying [Implement](Implements.md) they are proficient with. It gains another of these augment at levels 3, 6, and 9. ### [Just Due](Just%20Due.md) <small>(Level 1)</small> Keywords – *[Magic](Prism/Glossary/Keywords/Typing%20Effects/Magic.md), [Harm](Harm.md)* Whenever the Tither would target an enemy with a spell, the Tither can sacrifice a number of Hit Points (HP) equal to their [Initiative](Initiative.md), [Tenacity](Tenacity.md) or [Willpower](Willpower.md). The spell does twice this amount of sacrificed HP in extra damage. ### [Tenet of Opulence](Tenet%20of%20Opulence.md) <small>(Level 2)</small> Keyword – *[Magic](Prism/Glossary/Keywords/Typing%20Effects/Magic.md), [Empower](Empower.md), [Oath](Oath.md)* The Tither knows that money is the root of all power, and sees no reason to be ashamed. 1) Whoever has the Gold, makes the rules. 2) Paying in Gold is better then blood, and less painful. 3) Keep your word; Broken deals are broken souls. 4) Look your best; First impressions matter more then final ones. If they do, they grant Temporary Hit Points to all of their allies within 30 ft.
