The Outlaw gains an [Augment](Weapon%20Augment.md) to a qualifying weapon they are proficient with.
It gains another of these augment at levels 3, 6, and 9.

Once per round, whenever the Outlaw would deal damage to an enemy with a melee weapon, they may also attempt an opposed Sleight of Hand check. This is against the enemy's Perception.
If the Outlaw wins, they are able to take 1 non-wielded, non-worn object from the enemy.

Whenever the Outlaw would spent an Action Point to move, they move an additional number of squares equal to the number of adjacent enemies.

Whenever the Outlaw would use an item that they have stolen from a creature this combat, they gain [Surged](Surged.md) equal to the [APC](Action%20Point%20Cost.md) of the item used.
Then, the Outlaw gains [Keen](Keen.md) on their next attack roll against the enemy they stole it from, the Tiers of which are equal to the Outlaw’s [Initiative](Initiative.md), [Prowess](Prowess.md) or [Wit](Wit.md).

Whenever the Outlaw would use a Reaction, they may also move a number of squares equal to their [Initiative](Initiative.md), [Prowess](Prowess.md) or [Wit](Wit.md). They must end their movement in the melee range of an enemy.
At the end of the round, for each enemy they were in melee range of this round, they gain twice that much as extra damage on the next melee attack they make.
